NJ Sales and Services LLC, doing business as OG Solutions Agency ("OG Solutions," "we," "us"), operates ogsolutionsagency.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, contact us or respond to a quote, and how we use and protect it.
Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
- Quotes: when you approve or decline a quote we send you, the name you type as your signature, any note you add, and the date and time of your response.
- Emails and calls you send us, and details you share while we work together.
Information collected automatically: Google Analytics records anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, device type and approximate location (city level). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security.
We never ask for payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal data through this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry, prepare audits, quotes and invoices, and deliver the services you hire us for.
- To keep records of approvals, invoices and payments for accounting and tax purposes.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the website.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers who process data on our behalf, under their own security commitments:
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Supabase — secure database for inquiries, quotes and invoices (United States).
- Resend — delivery of emails such as quotes, invoices and form notifications.
- Google — Google Analytics and email.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Data retention and security
Inquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months. Client records, quotes, invoices and payment records are kept as long as required for tax and legal purposes (generally 7 years). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access to our records is limited to the business owner with two-step verification.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you,
- Correct or delete it (except records we must keep by law), or
- Stop contacting you.
Email contact@ogsolutionsagency.com and we will respond within 30 days. Texas residents may have additional rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
